New Albany Officer makes claims about illegal conduct within department

None of her allegations have yet to be proven. I'll let the investigation into the misuse of overtime continue before making up my mind but I'm not impressed by the statements made about being on for 19 years and never being promoted. Since when does time in service translate into leadership ability?
