Actually, I'm not. But now you see how it feels listening to biased, one sided opinions. Hearing that there are no officers with tactical expertise except SWAT officers gets old and it's far from the truth. I don't care if SWAT serves every warrant...nothing out of my pocket. But quit acting as if beat officers should cower behind their engine block until the "saviors" arrive.
