I agree regular patrol officers shouldn't even carry a gun. We should be like the Bobbies, and have to call for a specially trained officer for those rare circumstances. Obviously I'm being sarcastic. OK "Mr. Know your role", what are you going to do in an active shooter situation? Wait on Swat?
