LMPD doesn't serve EPO's so it doesn't matter anyhow. You can legally enter the suspects home with an arrest warrant or exigent circumstances, but not an EPO. A lot of passed over burnout ROD's would rather point fingers and cast insults than provide information, so leave them to their Dunkin Doughnuts and ask experinced officers who still work for a living.
