You might want to look at KRS a little closer. I'm not saying what they did was wise and/or legal, but calling it a home invasion is quite a stretch. Intent is a very important aspect to consider before writing any charges down on an arrest slip. Sure, you can charge people with anything you want, but that doesn't mean that you won't look like a chump when it's all over.
