It's 2 am, two deputies (one white & one black) entered dwelling, after using credit card to slip the lock (no property damage) with warrant for who they thought was inside. (legal? - I don't know) Black deputy walked out with "previously locked" suit case full of drugs (legal? hell no!!) Black deputy given 15 days and reassigned to the courts. White deputy told by Col H to resign or face criminal charges for Burg 1 because he was armed when he entered the dwelling ?????????!!!!!!!!!Suppose he got his krs training from Maj at lmpd training? What report doesn't say is there were 2 white deputies at the rear of the house, never entered but both get letters of reprimand! Congrats to the JCSO you just became another politically correct dept also known as "raciest!!

The drugs may not be used as evidence, but I seriously doubt if the former owner will be willing to testify or go before the grand jury, so no case against the deputies would be feasible. The lesson learned for officers getting themselves into a jam like this one is to take the 5th or let your lawyer do all of the talking. They can try to fire you, but will probably fail after it goes through the process.
