I have to comment on the chiefs uniform jacket. I was not aware that the police chief had been forced to take over as the captain of the Bell of Louisville ! That jacket was either a joke or furthet proof of the pusification of LMPD. Only a person with an unbalanced ego would feel the need to wear the same jacket as the captain of the Titanic....oh I guess it does make since now.
