I think you two should meet, settle it like men then both shut the heck up. Both of you are partially right in some of your arguments. Equally wrong on other parts. You either like your job or don't. Everyone of us polices a little bit differently. Just how it is. Every division is a little different. The youngsters will mature and the old guys with knowledge will eventually retire. Sounds like like a cycle right?
