Let me say this. These sob's out here panhandling do pizz me off. They pizz the public off and generate lots of calls. Busting them is a good thing. They bully and accost people. I am have seen them do it at grocery stores. If it is above you to do so, well you are a woosy. I have a stronger word, but it won't let me spell it.
