The consultants hired by the Metro Council are going to ask the Chief a few related questions.

Chief Conrad said his department was going to be operated under intelligence based policing. Currently there is not a intelligence unit. There used to be. What happened? This department is so behind the times. Just a bunch of SPI talk and no action.
