City to hire expert to determine appropriate size of police force

Not that I think you are a real cop anyway. The homeless guys on Bardstown Road at Beulah Church, who are panhandling, are shooting up heroin, littering in the churches playground and accosting people. Maybe your right. We should go find some real police work instead of helping taxpayers and good businesses. Let kids find the used needles in the playground.

On a serious note for the ones that have to deal with them.

Don't take them lightly. Some will fight you and a lot are hep +.
