As a matter-o-fact, watch what happens if this 12 hour shift plan that's being tried out in the 2nd gets implemented department wide. All you folks that are singing its praises and getting excited about all the off days in a month it has to offer are in for a real surprise. The city ain't gonna give anyone something for nothing. Do you really think that they are gonna let 15+ guys and gals ride each shift in one-man cars. You will be riding two-man cars before you know it. It's the beginning of the end of the take-home car program.
