Someone please explain how a guy with no staff, who is not on the police department, will do this. If it happens, it will not be because of more movie nights at the park or town hall meetings. You decrease crime in low income areas by creating decent jobs, training people so they can do them, putting the real bad guys away as long as possible so their mindset doesn't spread, and teaching
