Mayor writes letter to citizens addressing downtown safety

This Mayor is an idiot. Chicago and New York don't want law abiding people with guns either. Their murder rates are ridiculous.

He discouraged people from bringing a weapon, but didn't mention those who carry multiple weapons. This in-service video shows the proper procedure.
