Jeffersonville man wanted officer to jump-start stolen vehicle

I am sick of folks screaming RACISM, but..... that was actually kinda racist with the Jefferson's video! I can't stand O-dummy either. he spends tens of millions on vacations, but taxes us to death and rams horrendous health care crap, free phones, heating vouchers, and death by welfare down our throats.
