I agree with you completely. I don't dispute that my earlier post was just an assumption on my part, but I am just as entitled to my opinion as you are to yours. The case in which you referring was a clear cut case of a residential property owner acting in self defense in the face of an armed home invasion robbery. The case of Mr. Allen is not really comparable. Mr. Allen was was drunk, disorderly, belligerent and did a fair job of instigating the trouble that ultimately led to a 14 year old child
