Certain groups of people react to fear by throwing money at the problem. They will even go as far as paying off the trouble makers to behave. These people live in a constant state of fear and worry. If you learn how these people behave and think, you can make a lot of money off their naturally born weakness. Every decision they make takes into account their personal safety because they sincerely believe everyone is out to kill them and they believe it in such masses.
