Jeffersonville man wanted officer to jump-start stolen vehicle

Coverups aren't possible anymore. There can be no more pretending the streets of downtown are safe when this is going on and it gets recorded. The businesses could go hire some recent parolees to be a "safety patrol" and fix the problem real quick as long as nobody's taking notes on what happens next.
