Teacher's fatal DUI case dismissed after LMPD officer's indictment

Please, nobody cares about being hit with a felony anymore. The odds are in your favor that your felony will be amended to a misdemeanor and you won't do any time in prison either. You are witnesses the undoing of America...you will see it in your lifetime as it gets worse.

I'll make a prediction.....charges amended to disorderly conduct, (if you are really lucky) 90 days probated, CD two years, all other charges dismissed merged.

You go ahead and charge em' with any felony you want. Individuals are gonna intentionally push you, get the whole incident on video and the chips will fall where they may. There won't be any cavalry coming to your rescue once it's all over. You will be the proverbial cheese and good intentions don't pay punitive damages.
