Simple question for the Chief and Mayor...Why were the police given a directive 3 years ago NOT to use their sirens to disperse large crowds... The hotel guest were complaining of siren noise EVERY WEEKEND....Why because the police have been dealing with massive groups of teens every summer weekend. Paula Bader is 1000000% right. Every cop knows reports are not generated when you disperse large crowds.... a sig act maybe.... but not a report captured in say I-Leads.. Bottom line..every cop who has
