There are some bad areas in Indiana, but it makes no sense to let the Louisville juvenile thugs cross over into Indiana. On the other hand they might know Indiana will shove their butts in a dark hole for 10 years for the same things the Louisville libtard courts give you 5 years probation for. They still have a functional justice system there.
