Downtown Louisville sucks. I already disliked having to go downtown before I became a cop, and now I dislike it even more than ever. It's dirty, the parking situation sucks, and I'm tired of having to say no to panhandlers. Even when I was a child, I was able to notice how screwed up it was. Too bad the YUM Center, the museums, and some really good restaurants happen to be downtown. They would probably get 10X more customers, if they would've been built somewhere else.
