Teacher's fatal DUI case dismissed after LMPD officer's indictment

Libeling an officer can make subsequent cases harder to plea bargain on though. I imagine some ill will can build up and bite that lawyer and their clients in the butt on the next go round. That's why some defense attorneys have to go chase ambulances or go into politics, or just accept that they will be unable to make easy cash in the plea bargain bazaar.
