Teacher's fatal DUI case dismissed after LMPD officer's indictment

Wow.....I hope the person who ask why they need Chris is not a cop....You have never been to trial before..IT IS CLEAR.....You have to have the person who made the stop, recorded the video, did the FST, ask susp question TO ENTER ALLLLLLLLLL THAT INTO EVIDENCE...What a total f'ing moran. It doesnt magically get entered and told to the jury. The defense so will ask him about his legal trouble and he would incriminate himself....Not gonna happen.
