Teacher's fatal DUI case dismissed after LMPD officer's indictment

Or better yet, Chris could man up and testify anyway. He's going to let a murderer walk because he won't get paid $60. How about he does his civic duty whether he's paid or not. Last time I checked the subpeona didn't say only come to court if you were getting paid.

I did not understand the whole Chris not getting on the stand issue. I do not know the legal issues about him not doing it. BUT, regardless of what he (Chris) is accused of he is def. good at his job. That I don't think many can argue with.

I just think that its a shame that cases are being dismissed .
