That really s.u.x. I have worked with Thurman. He has always done an excellent job on collisions and DUI's. Great job as a division and dept. traffic officer. I can't judge him on what he is charged with - I don't have all the facts and am not involved. I hate that these cases were catch 22'd. I hate it for the victim's family. Unfortunately attorneys (being what they are) will never separate his ability and sharpness from his alleged screw up.
