I agree. This seems more like an in fight between lawyers. It's all about one upping each other at all cost. Lawyers are destroying America.

They don't even need an officers testimony anymore if there's a camera taping it all. You pull them over, arrest them, get the BA operator or med tech to do the test, then hand the off to corrections. In this case they had other officers nearby observing it, What exactly do they even need him for? It's not like the JC attorneys office or judges have a spotless record when it comes to throwing out good cases, so I am not surprised at all.

I guess the way to avoid this problem is to have two officers involved in the investigation. That way they both can be witnesses and if one can't testify the other can
