District judge threatens sanctions against County Attorney Mike O'Connell's office

Sorry professor, you're wrong on all counts.

Just an FYI, I was the police for over twenty years and at the twenty year mark I wasn't sitting in a roll call room with a bunch of FNG's. Some of us weren't afraid to move out or promote up and make the most of our careers. Perhaps you can get a really good job when you retire with all that experience you have. NOTICE to all officers! Get you head out of your A** and work your career to benefit you and your family while your there and when you retire. When you leave they don't care and don't notice so if you think you dedication means something your wrong. Direct you ethics, integrity and morals towards the people that matter and to your benefit. WE ALL serve the public and try to be the best possible officer we can be during our career. Most all of us will lay our lives down for our brother and sisters or for any of God's children. But do not kid yourself that anything you do is recognized by the politicians or the chief's office unless it is for their benefit. Don't think that the awards banquet serves any purpose other than to give the politicians a photo op. Just ask yourself one question.....has the department or this city ever stopped or skipped a beat because anyone retired?
