District judge threatens sanctions against County Attorney Mike O'Connell's office

Yeah but I work mid watch...I don't like waking up after 5 hours of sleep, get in the rush hour traffic...maybe pull up on a 10-49...find a parking spot...5 minutes, or being held until 10:59 either way not worth it to me. Then the prosecutor is going to what they want with the case anyway.
