District judge threatens sanctions against County Attorney Mike O'Connell's office

"Dude" you know most of those questions are not things people have memorized when they get past the test. They memorize and forget them afterwards. It takes good decision making skills to be a good leader, not memorizing manuals like some "dude" like you who was sitting in class picking his nose not so long ago while I was putting killers in prison.
