Better yet, disband LMPD and create the Louisville Division of Police and Jefferson County Police Department. Nothing good ever came of the metro idea. Bring back the Captains so there will be some competent nonpolitical leadership instead of people putting their buddies in charge of specialized units and in Detective positions.
