You're out of your skull!! I came from LPD and LPD was a serious bedrock for cronyism and "taking care of your buddies" first. I miss a lot about LPD but it had it's issues too. There is a person on LMPD now who is probably still technically a Captain. I won't call out names but he is the grandfather of taking care of his own. He definately wasn't alone. Those guys ran clicks and SWAT fraternities. If you were not in the club, you can forget being invited. When RWC came, it was all busted up!! That is the reason he became disliked before he even sat down at his mahogany desk.The ones who saw RWC was not going to keep the favoritism going, left LPD. It was like the break up of the former Soviet Union.
