What's with this rallying cry about him possibily getting demoted? All of the sudden, we are talking demotion? What about a long suspension and/or removed from the unit? I have only known of two supervisors in my career who were ever demoted (SL and DR). Demotion is always on the table, but it is rarely ever used so stopping talking it up like it is a strong possibility. It simply is not.
