Being alienated. Officers are putting distance between themselves and kit

Pedestal. Kit put himself bery highly up. He referred to himself as commander, which is the naval equivelent to major.

Claiming efforts of others. Kit openly bragged on stuff worked by the feds that his groups assisted on.

Failing to coordinate. Acting as secret squireels on their cases.

Dismissals. Ok how many cases will be reviewed and dismissef because of this idiocy? Nuff said

Black eye. Look at the media

Money lost to suits. Look at other agencies with similar drama. Lmpd is gonna be settling a lot of suits.
