Scandal after scandal and nobody questions the chief about the morons that continue to make us look like immature idiots. Who's been in charge of the hiring for the last 6 years anyway? Most of these clowns have about that much time on when they show their true colors. Can't keep it in their pants or keep their mouths closed, break more law's then they enforce, and are constantly embarrassing my beloved department.
