You're an immature child. I hope nobody made the mistake of issuing such a person a weapon.

The cowboy mentality is as damaging to a department's reputation as those who lay down their whole shift out of laziness or to "get back at the department" for something. LMPD has too many screwups and needs to demote and fire a bunch of them now.
