Jefferson County prosecutor suspended for yelling, threatening public defender

Not shocked, just disappointed. But we have to continually keep our house clean. The crap that's going on now with viper was no "honest mistake" or a poor decision made under the stress of a volatile situation. Just plain old bad behavior. Except in payne's case. If it was the way we all heard it, it's criminal. And yeah, that's disappointing.
