They get free passes so the attorneys can keep running up their tabs as they go through the criminal court process over and over. More criminals on the street means more cases to charge hourly fees for. It's just like Wall Street firms telling everyone to buy and sell stocks all the time so they can get their fees. I have no agenda and am not really a strongly opinionated person. However at a very later year in my life I got a DUI and am a participant in the DUI Diversion program Mr. Fleck oversees. He has been very dimplomatic, fair and operates with firm expectations which I am CERTAIN make all involved better people for having participated. I feel sure this was blow way out of proportion.
