Jefferson County prosecutor suspended for yelling, threatening public defender

He doesn't have any information. He's just a cry baby that need an excuse for not getting his way.

Lets look at case where said dope dealer gets caught for third time with a kilo or two or three. You would think time in prison would occur. Don't think too fast. High profile lawyer takes $40,000 cash retainer (not reported as income) just to contemplate taking the case. Can't report money because the doper wasn't supposed to have that much cash. Do you really think the lawyer keeps all that for himself? Nope. Someone else gets a piece. He wears a robe. Kilo dealer still walks streets. Happens more than you think.
