He must be referring to all the idiots posting peoples names on here, the ones who get caught breaking policies year after year and nothing is done to them, or the ones who literally collect dust while trying to avoid all self initiated activity. LMPD is much more tolerant than other departments but anywhere else a lot of them would be sent packing back to the pizza place.
