Most likely he has been through our wonderful judicial system and has learned that there are very few or no consequences for your actions. This is what you get when you send the message that it is okay to do these things. We will see more and more of this type of challenging/aggressive behavior towards officers unless the courts start making examples of those who do this. Be safe.
