Jefferson County attorney denies stacking district judge races

"Hmm, what will I do for fun today. I will call that guy who wants to open a case a punk."

Not sure if they canreally "open a case" but Its a lot more fun to agitate stray animals and try to get them to bite you. You could also go play the knockout game at the ultimate fighting gym for a few kicks (to your head, probably).
