I've worked for another department in another state. It's the same all over. Same political BS, same budget issues, same good ole boy network, same response from the public. Louisville(both the city and metro Gov.) is a decent place. Not the best, not the worst. We do what we can for the good folks and try to make a small difference where we can. With 1200 officers there are bound to be a few bad apples. It's up to the rest us us to set the standard and not accept the conduct of those individuals
