Police presence is a joke. A watched clock never moves. You wanna deter crime? Put 4 cops in a pimped out impala with 40 inch rims smelling like Bob Marleys house and you will see tons of crime. But our officers don't really wanna fight crime they just want to pretend to. Look around at your next roll call, those are not cops.
