Viper Unit gets guns off the street on New Year's Eve

Having sex in public is illegal whether you are an officer in a police car or some homosexual in a restroom. Anyone doing it is subject to arrest. Don't count on anyone downtown having your back either.

The common practice under the prior Chief was to punish all those in the out crowd and hide the dirt on the in crowd. Maybe we will see if patrol officers will get the same slap on the wrists that a Major got not so long ago for a similar offense under this Chief. Then again maybe their names will be added to the list of officers sent to the prosecutors and the newspaper. Gotta love how politics works in a supposedly apolitical department.
