He's ok, but Jay Gruden or another NFL assistant would be better. You win or lose based on your recruits, and can only recruit the best if they believe you will help them be a 1st round draft pick. Calling plays is not as important as player psychology, conditioning, and recruiting in the top tier programs. The top 10 programs of today are more like the pros than college football of decades past.
