Citizens don't care about what's going on at LMPD unless it directly affects them. Most citizens don't even know who the Chief of Police is or what division they live in. Citizens are too stressed out and too busy overconsuming to think about anything else. Only police groupies care about the operations at LMPD. Don't buy into the "community oriented policing" hype. It is just a lie.
