There is one Lieutenant in Community Relations and now one Sergeant in Community Relations. Again, since you have such insight and knowledge of all these positions, maybe you can make an appointment with the Chief to enlighten him. Then, he can replace all of them with you and you can plug the names in. Gee, I wonder
