Watch out Cowboy, not everyone we think is a thug. I remember some young officers a year back made a bad mistake on a citizen they thought was a homeless thug. They went way past the appropiate escalation of force level and were wrong. Matters worse, they then did not report the incident and the story made several news sources. That screw up is still giving the brass and mayor a headach.
