Remember when judge legweak dismissed the dui because the officer wrote "the subject crossed the yellow lines several times"? Judge legweak stated that there was no K.R.S. that specifically covered that infraction. If the officer had simply put careless in there because this behavior posses a risk to other drivers and is not safe it would have worked. Well it still would have been dismissed because he and paul silver are buddies (:
